A Technical Support Engineer provides technical assistance to Packsize customers throughout North America, working in a diverse team to resolve technical issues and improve customer relationships.
Answer inbound support calls, collaborate with customers to resolve issues, and identify and diagnose problems with little information.
The ideal candidate is motivated, driven, and enjoys working with customers and solving problems, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
