Job Description
The Agent Box Office holds responsibility for the complete ticketing process inclusive of selling, issuing, and receipt of tickets during events at Palms Casino Resort. The position ensures an exceptional guest experience at all times while serving as a resource and a first point of contact for all events.
Requirements
- Sells tickets, issues tickets, and receives tickets at time of event
- Provides upselling opportunities when available
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Assists with restocking of Box Office supplies as needed
