
Job description
The Business Development Representative identifies new business opportunities and cultivates relationships with potential clients to support Dynamic's growth and profitability. The role involves generating and qualifying high-quality leads, building early-stage pipeline, and positioning Dynamic's solar solutions to enable successful sales conversions.
Client acquisition / lead generation, sales support, reporting and administration, and professional development.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-oriented, gritty, and eager to become a senior salesperson at Dynamic. Experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar role is a plus, as well as familiarity with commercial or utility-scale solar sales cycles and knowledge of solar energy systems/value proposition.
