Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Monetization

Paystand is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Monetization to own the commercial economics behind how we monetize and optimize our SaaS and payments business throughout the customer lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Payments Operations, Customer Operations, and Product, with a primary focus on strategic deal desk governance, margin optimization, commercial approvals, and revenue quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Strategy, Strategic Finance, RevOps, or Business Operations within SaaS or payments
• Strong understanding of SaaS and transaction/payment monetization models
• Experience operating within strategic deal desk and commercial approval environments
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Payments, and Customer Operations
