We are looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Monetization to own the commercial economics behind how we monetize and optimize our SaaS and payments business throughout the customer lifecycle. The role is heavily focused on evaluating deal structure, payment economics, customer profitability, renewal quality, and monetization performance to drive scalable and profitable growth across the business.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Strategy, Strategic Finance, RevOps, or Business Operations within SaaS or payments
- Strong understanding of SaaS and transaction/payment monetization models
- Experience operating within strategic deal desk and commercial approval environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Payments, and Customer Operations
