Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Monetization

Paystand is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Monetization to own the commercial economics behind how they monetize and optimize their SaaS and payments business. The role involves strategic deal desk governance, margin optimization, commercial approvals, and revenue quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Strategy, Strategic Finance, RevOps, or Business Operations within SaaS or payments
• Strong understanding of SaaS and transaction/payment monetization models
• Experience operating within strategic deal desk and commercial approval environments
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Payments, and Customer Operations
