We are hiring a Director of Partnerships, Strategic Alliances to own and expand high-impact enterprise partnerships that drive pipeline and ARR. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled partnerships generating meaningful partner-sourced revenue, embedded products into broader partner offerings and customer pursuits, and operated effectively in both startup and highly matrixed enterprise environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years in strategic alliances, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or complex enterprise sales within SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, AdTech, data, or related enterprise technology sectors.
- Experience scaling partnerships generating $3M–$5M+ ARR.
- Proven success scaling strategic alliances with organizations such as AWS, Salesforce, Mastercard, Adobe, Stripe, Snowflake, major ISVs, hyperscalers, or similar ecosystem partners.
- Experience owning or materially influencing at least $2M+ annual partner-sourced ARR / as well as experience deeply operating a small number of strategic enterprise alliances (vs. managing a partner portfolio).
- Strong executive presence and experience navigating enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal processes.
- Ability to clearly articulate metrics including pipeline generated, ACV, sales cycles, expansion outcomes, etc
