As our Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit highly effective educators across an assigned region while developing critical relationships necessary to attract & maintain a robust candidate pool. This hybrid role provides a blend of remote work and creative, strategic sourcing support, which requires time in the field at school sites and community events.
Requirements
- Identify, source, and screen high quality, mission-aligned educators and school staff.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to regional and school-specific hiring needs.
- Cultivate strong talent pipelines through networking, referral generation, educator preparation program partnerships, and community outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service rooted in relationship building with candidates, school leaders, partners, and stakeholders
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, documentation, and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, credentialing requirements, and internal processes.
- Build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and alternative certification programs while leading outreach efforts through information sessions, career fairs, and educator networks to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
