Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit educators across an assigned region, develop critical relationships, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This hybrid role requires a blend of remote work and strategic sourcing support, with time spent in the field at school sites and community events.

Requirements

• Identify, source, and screen high quality, mission-aligned educators and school staff
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to regional and school-specific hiring needs
• Cultivate strong talent pipelines through networking, referral generation, educator preparation program partnerships, and community outreach
• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding support
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, documentation, and reporting within the applicant tracking system
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, credentialing requirements, and internal processes
