Job Description
The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit highly effective educators across an assigned region while developing critical relationships necessary to attract & maintain a robust candidate pool.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing
- The ability to work an occasional extended schedule (nights and weekends)
