Requirements
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience, specifically within the APAC region.
- Proven success managing and scaling a complex, multi-country business with consistent revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
- Deep experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS models.
- A growth mindset with the ability to navigate a global matrixed organization.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust across different cultures and organizational levels.
