Job Description
Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team focused on improving care for moms and babies through technology and experienced providers. They offer a flexible schedule, client base growth support, and community building opportunities, especially for doulas specializing in early and late pregnancy/newborn care. This role provides education, mentorship, and credentialing assistance.
Requirements
- Completed certification / training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula from a Medi-Cal recognized organization.
- Experience working as a doula with in-depth understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
- Credentialing process complete with Medi-Cal enrollment.
