Job Description
Pomelo Care is seeking dedicated Doulas to join their team in Texas. Doulas will provide support and guidance to expecting and new families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. The role focuses on improving birth outcomes through education, support, and direct patient engagement, and includes opportunities for client growth and a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Completed certification/training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula.
- Experience working as a doula with in-depth understanding of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
- Able to work in-person, evenings, and weekends, and accommodate family needs.
