Job Description
The Senior Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients, ensuring accuracy and quality checks, and assisting with benefits-related inquiries and claims.
Requirements
- Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors
- Ensures client benefit plans' accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data
- Assists clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes
- Responds to benefits inquires on plan provisions
- Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork
- Provides reports for allocation and billing
