We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Promotions Director to lead our efforts in maximizing the effectiveness of our promotional strategy, maximizing player engagement and loyalty whilst constantly optimizing for investment efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Retention or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, and promotional best practices
- Proven experience managing and optimizing a large budget
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
