Procare Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and nurture potential leads, conduct outbound sales activities, and build relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of SaaS-based solutions and fintech products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
- Exceptional pipeline management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle objections effectively
