The Director, Client Success - Labor Market role is responsible for working with labor groups and their consultants and brokers to maintain exemplary service and create value, loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
- Establish, cultivate, and manage the plan-client relationship at multiple levels
- Build relationships with key plan-client stakeholders, consultants, and brokers
- Create and execute on the strategic retention and growth plan for each assigned group
- Must be able to articulate Progyny's value to professionals, executives, and strategic partners
