Job Description
Proofpoint is seeking a Sr. Named Account Manager to join their successful and growing Named Accounts organization, targeting accounts in Indiana and the US. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, extensive experience as a trusted advisor to CISOs and CIOs, and a strong ability to establish business relationships at the executive level.
Requirements
- Establish strong business relationships at the executive level
- Advanced solution selling capabilities
- Conducting sales presentations
- Coordinating multiple resources within an account
- Consistently and successfully closing business for Proofpoint
- Penetrate net new accounts and expand presence with existing customers
- Partner with the Channel organization to secure a new share of the security market
- Team up with our Sales/Systems Engineering team to prepare account strategies and plans
