Customer Service Representative I will handle customer calls, emails, and chats, resolving product or service problems and providing exceptional customer service experience. The role involves creating accurate records of customer transactions, adhering to internal and client guidelines, and attending upskill trainings to enhance skills.
Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot technical problems, process customer orders, and escalate issues to appropriate departments. Create accurate records of customer transactions and maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers.
This role requires strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effective communication skills, and basic knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications. Prior work experience is not necessary, but formal training is needed to enable the job incumbent to perform the job satisfactorily.
