Job Description
RACV City Club is seeking a passionate and innovative Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen brigade and manage the team in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment and sound culinary knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment in a similar position
- Exposure to fine dining is essential
- Sound culinary knowledge
- A creative and innovative mindset
- A desire to further develop your skills
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
