Call Center Agent - Telecommunication

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced telecommunication advisor to join our team at RayaCX, a leading customer experience management company based in Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the telecommunication industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluent in English and Arabic
