Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Arabic
