English Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Call Center Agent to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt on a temporary basis. As an English Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using computer applications and systems.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.
