We are seeking a Global Business Development Director to support our mission to build access to healthcare for 52% of the world. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the health commodity business and will work to expand our network among innovative health commodity suppliers in Europe, North America and Asia.
Requirements
- 10+ years of healthcare pharma / access / commodity work within a large multinational company or in an access focused organization in business development or strategy capacity
- Strong understanding of healthcare markets in low- and middle-income countries
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development
- Experience in a loosely-structured, start-up-like setting and demonstrated ability to think quickly and independently
- Strong communication skills and an ability to identify the right stakeholders and the appropriate messaging to best convey our value
- High autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset
- A passion for healthcare access, innovation, and social impact
- Robust analytical skills and an ability to process complex information to define clear direction and strategy
