Business Development Representative - AI Tech Firm

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support our Sales team in lead generation and outbound outreach. You'll help identify target companies, reach decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the founders/sales team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or graduated, or have completed a Diploma (any discipline is fine)
• Strong written communication skills (clear, confident, not overly 'salesy')
• Comfortable speaking to new people and following up consistently
• Organised and disciplined with tracking (pipeline, notes, next steps)
• Curious about how businesses operate and where AI can create measurable impact
• Coachable, resilient, and not afraid of rejection (a natural part of outbound work)
