Job Description
The IT Officer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Relief International’s computer networks across RI NWS offices and Damascus. The role includes installing and configuring hardware and software, providing technical support to staff in Damascus, and Provide IT support and maintain systems across NWS offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years in IT sector with NGOs including assets management
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Windows and Macs including assets management
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.) including assets management
