Requirements
- Source, screen and shortlist high-calibre engineering and automation professionals across the US market
- Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
- Manage candidate pipelines across 17+ live roles
- Liaise with East Coast-based US candidates (working aligned US hours)
- Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems accurately
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Critically evaluate CVs and assess suitability for senior-level roles ($135kβ$150k salary brackets)
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach to placement
