Join a fast-growing UK-based recruitment business as a Technical Resourcer for US Engineering & Automation Roles. You'll work directly with the founder to source top-tier candidates and support the delivery of high-level engineering and automation professionals to clients in the US.
Requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates in industrial automation, engineering, and manufacturing sectors across the US.
- Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Liaise with East Coast-based candidates, requiring flexible working hours to accommodate a 5β6 hour time difference.
- Support the founder by managing candidate pipelines, updating CRM systems, and coordinating interviews.
- Evaluate CVs and assess candidate suitability with a critical, quality-first mindset.
- Manage communication with professionalism and maturity suited to senior-level US candidates (typical salaries of $135β$150k).
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
