
Job description
We’re looking for a strategic, operator-minded Talent Programs leader to join the People team at Replit. This role will report to the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for building, running, and evolving the company’s core talent programs and operating rhythms.
Own and continuously improve the company’s core People operating rhythms and talent programs, including performance cycles, calibrations, manager enablement, onboarding, listening systems and recurring People operating cadences. Drive end-to-end program management for performance and talent cycles, including timelines, milestones, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and operational follow-through.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable program managing complex cross-functional initiatives, building lightweight but high-impact systems and content, partnering with PBPs and executives, and leveraging AI and automation to rethink how modern People teams operate.
