Rhythms is looking for a Sales Account Executive to introduce their AI-native Operating System to forward-thinking organizations and help them transform their team operations with AI.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment (B2B, preferably productivity, collaboration, or AI space)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in early-stage environments
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate technical and executive-level conversations
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, highly adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity
- Passion for AI and the future of work — you’re excited to be part of a category-defining product
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
