
Job description
Rimini Street is seeking an experienced Director, Sales to join its dynamic team. The Director will lead a team of 5-8 Account Executives, helping to exceed Rimini Street's aggressive sales goals in the Region. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in opening new markets, building a pipeline, closing business, and leading a sales team.
The Director will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading the sales team, developing and executing a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter, guiding prospects to the Rimini Street solution through a Solution Selling approach, and collaborating with the Leadership Team in setting sales strategy and growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales management fundamentals, experience in team-selling, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. They will also have a strong network in the SAP and Oracle market and experience selling ERP software.
