Account Executive - New Logo Sales, NAMER

Rippling is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Bangalore, India. The role involves managing a high velocity sales cycle, navigating a strategic sales process, and working closely with the CSM/Implementation team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in SaaS markets selling B2B
• Bachelor's Degree is a must-have
• Experience carrying a $720,000+ annual quota
• Comfortable with monthly quota
• Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
• Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security related products is a good to have
