Account Executive - New Logo Sales, SSB (NAMER)

Rippling is looking for an Account Executive to manage high-velocity sales cycles, navigate strategic sales processes, and work closely with our CSM/Implementation Team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have 3+ years of sales experience, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects through salesforce to forecast revenue accurately
• Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and demo, to contract signature
• Consistently attain and overachieve quota on a monthly basis
• Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape
• Work closely with CSM/Implementation Team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
