Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Medical Case Manager at Southern California Treatment Program in Costa Mesa, CA.
Requirements
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, along with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
- Hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
- Retain one of the following combinations: Associates level degree in a related field with three years of experience, or Bachelor’s level degree in a related field with two years of related experience in mental health service provision.
