Manager, Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance

The Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager will work as a member of the Ross Legal and Compliance team, assisting in developing and implementing product safety/compliance-related projects, initiatives, trainings, and processes. The position will handle/supervise the investigation and preparation of responses to agency requests, manage state reporting obligations, and update business stakeholders on product compliance, regulatory compliance, product safety, environmental, and risk management.

Requirements

• Provide accurate, practical and relevant/valuable advice and guidance related to product safety, regulatory compliance, and product testing protocols
• Perform research and assist in driving desired results related to regulatory matters, product/merchant related investigations, ad hoc client inquires, and compliance/regulatory projects
• Effectively and efficiently develop, maintain and improve product safety compliance processes and protocols that facilitate continuous improvement and that support/enhance established standard operating procedures

Benefits

• Base salary range of $115,000 - $140,000
