
Job description
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Italian market across key sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized staffing solutions.
Identify and target new client opportunities, conduct client meetings, develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, collaborate with recruitment teams, build and maintain client relationships, track sales pipeline, and represent the company at industry events.
Proven experience in B2B sales, strong knowledge of Italian labor laws, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and fluency in Italian and English.
