Job Description
Seeking an experienced Complaints and Grievance Coordinator to process complaints and grievances, maintain contractual compliance and customer satisfaction, and ensure case resolution by client-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year in grievance and appeals processing
- Minimum one (1) year in an inbound call center environment
- Associate’s degree in relevant discipline (preferred)
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines (preferred)
- Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits (preferred)
