
Job description
The Solution Engineer will work with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions using Salesforce's products, particularly Marketing Cloud. The team is a group of innovative experts who lead the digital industry and support companies in taking digitalization to a new level. The Solution Engineer will work closely with customers, sales teams, and professional services teams to provide solutions that drive innovation and growth.
The Solution Engineer will be responsible for communicating Salesforce's value to customers from a technical and business perspective, creating custom demonstrations based on client requirements, and presenting Salesforce solutions to executives and on-site personnel. They will also support sales teams in creating target account sales strategies, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
The ideal candidate will have native-level Japanese and daily-level English, 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, marketing, operations, development, or technical consulting, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to manage multiple cases simultaneously, have logical analysis and problem-solving skills, and be goal-oriented and able to work in a team.
