Solution Engineer - Agentforce & Data 360 Specialist

Role Overview

As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with related departments to implement solutions and architecture proposals in the assigned area. You will create proposal documents, demonstrate solutions, and respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders. You will also conduct seminars, best practices, and knowledge sharing with internal and external partners.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating proposal documents, demonstrating solutions, responding to technical questions, conducting seminars, and supporting marketing activities. You will also work closely with sales teams, partner alliances, marketing, product development, and product marketing to develop and execute strategies to expand product sales.

Requirements

• Language: Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking at a fluent level) / English (reading and writing are not a problem)
• Sales or introduction experience of software products (pre-sales engineer/architect/system engineer)
• Consulting and solution design experience
• Experience with presentations and demonstrations at seminars and events for customers
• Ability to hear and analyze customer business needs
• Always curious and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
• Team communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of technical issues and resolve them
• Ability to execute multiple tasks and work at a fast pace
• Positive attitude towards solving problems and issues
