Job Description
The Value Stream Manager is responsible for overall safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale of their assigned areas within the Bakery. This is a hands-on role where you will be leading from the plant floor, engaging, inspiring, and energizing the workforce to improve operating efficiency and productivity safely and with quality to the standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems, NetSuite experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
