
Job description
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in directing and coordinating the total activities of the service center, providing leadership to personnel and key processes.
Implements organizational policies, coordinates activities of service departments, assists with leading a successful Sales Team, and ensures payroll processes are accurate and on time.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations or related field, 5+ years experience in the HVAC industry, and supervisory experience.
