We are seeking a Head of Commercial to drive high impact growth and development of our new business unit in Hong Kong. As the leader, you will be responsible for leading and empowering high performing sales and marketing teams to scale our new business unit and shape our success.
Requirements
- Solid working experience in sales leadership, performance management, and exceeding team targets.
- Exceptional track record in online-to-offline sales; experience in the food/retail tech space is a plus.
- Proven direct experience in building, leading and inspiring lean and high-performing sales teams, with a fast-moving, continuous development mindset
- Have experience developing and executing creative, innovative integrated marketing campaigns that drive positive results in the local market.
- Outstanding networking skills and the ability to make partnerships happen, strong network of merchant partners in the food and retail space is highly valued.
