Requirements
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing ezyCollect customers globally
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products, modules, usage and regions
- Run a full consultative upsell cycle: discovery, solutioning, commercials, negotiation and close
- Manage pricing discussions, contract variations and renewals in collaboration with the CRO
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, Financial Controllers, AR leaders, Operations)
- Understand each client’s current workflows, pain points and maturity
- Position ezyCollect as a strategic advisor, clearly articulating ROI and business impact
- Support clients through change as their business scales or evolve
- Partner closely with the Customer Success team to identify the right opportunities with the right clients
- Work with GTM & Marketing to run targeted campaigns that generate CSQLs. This may include self-run webinars, promotions, client events and account-based initiatives
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering
- Maintain accurate notes, opportunities, forecasts and activity in the CRM
- Track pipeline health, expansion targets and campaign performance
- Ensure all commercial and administrative tasks are completed to a high standard
