As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in optimizing Smartwyre's go-to-market engine. You will be the analytical backbone connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—ensuring data accuracy, operational alignment, and predictable growth.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Deep experience with Salesforce CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics - ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, churn, and renewal performance
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations
- Experience supporting multi-stage sales motions (inbound, outbound, renewal, expansion)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or certification in RevOps or Data Analytics is a plus
