Manager, Customer Success

As a Manager, Customer Success, you'll lead a team of CSMs focused on driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention across our employer and health plan customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
• At least 2 years in a people leadership role
• Proven track record of driving client outcomes and managing enterprise accounts
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or mental health industries
