Workplace Mental Health Consultant

As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will deliver solution-focused consultations to employees, provide management consultations to leaders, facilitate trainings, respond to critical incidents, and offer assessment and referral support for mental health services to employees at Pearson Airport. You will also consult with HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational matters.

Requirements

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Canada (Ontario)
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience
• At least 1 year of experience as an independently licensed clinician
• Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care
• Ability to provide safety planning and intervention during situations with higher risks
• Commitment to high quality documentation of service delivery
