Workplace Mental Health Consultant

Spring Health is a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans. We're looking for a Workplace Mental Health Consultant to provide management consultations, trainings, and critical incident response to employees at a multinational company. As a part-time role, you'll work onsite at the customer location every Tuesday in Markham and Wednesday in North York. You'll report to a Spring Health Clinical Manager and work independently to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Ontario
• Master's degree in a relevant mental health discipline (preferred)
• 3+ years of post-graduate experience with 1+ year as an independently licensed clinician
• Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent
• Evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
