
Job description
The Human Resources Manager provides support and guidance to HR generalists and hiring managers in recruiting and selection process, maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and coordinates on-boarding and integration materials and documentation for new hires.
The Human Resources Manager will run weekly reports, process HRIS requests, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee employee disciplinary meetings and terminations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, 7-10 years of hands-on experience in HR, and prior supervisory experience. They will have knowledge of human resources laws and compliance requirements, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
