The Renewal Manager role supports customers across North America and LATAM, partnering with regional Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure strong renewal performance, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- Contract Management: Review and understand existing software contracts.
- Renewal Planning: Ensure we have a renewal opportunity and renewal quote in place.
- Monitoring: Keep track of renewal dates and terms.
- Forecasting: Identify potential risks and opportunities in the renewal pipeline across NA and LATAM.
- Pricing: Collaborate with AMs, Sales Leaders, Finance, and Legal to determine renewal pricing.
- Negotiations: Negotiate renewal terms and conditions with customers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to present relevant new products and solutions for upsell and cross-sell.
- Prepare and send renewal proposals and contracts to customers (in alignment with AM).
- Continuously improve and optimize the renewal process with the team.
- Generate reports for management to assess renewal success and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention across assigned regions.
