Requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention of existing customers and partners across North America
- Identify and understand unique opportunities and challenges within the North American market
- Create and expand relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize market penetration
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals, operations personnel, account managers, and alliance directors
- Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of motivation, accountability, and achievement
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Professional Services and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience
- Build brand recognition and target core industries to establish a strong presence in North America
- Experience using sales execution tools including Salesforce, Clari, and Microsoft collaboration tools
