Job Description
As an Asbestos Technician, you will conduct asbestos inspections, sampling, and abatement oversight in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, safeguarding clients and communities from asbestos exposure.
Requirements
- NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Project Designer, Air Sampling Technician, Asbestos Project Monitor.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health, DOT HAZMAT Basic General Awareness Training, NYC DOB Site Safety Training (SST) Certificate, NYC DOB SST 4 hour Supported Scaffolding Training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting asbestos inspections, designs, air sampling, and abatement project monitoring for NYS agencies, and NYC agencies.
- Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
